Port Stephens Primary School Sports Association (PSSA) provides opportunities for primary students to participate in competitive sport at the state level and above.

Boys and girls from the age of 8 years to 13 years 5 months in the year of competition, with the exception of Rugby Union, (Primary eligibility) attending Public Primary Schools and other schools by invitation, after affiliation, within the State of New South Wales shall be eligible to participate in competitions promoted by the Association.
